Our Shirts
What model shirt do you use for your designs?
Awesome Laundry uses only American Apparel Model 2001 shirts for all our designs.
What type of shirt is American Apparel’s Model 2001?
The softest, smoothest, best-looking tee shirt available anywhere and manufactured in Los Angeles, California. Made of 100% fine ring-spun combed cotton, this lightweight fine jersey is exceptionally smooth and tight-knit, with a durable rib neckband.
How are your designs printed?
All Awesome Laundry shirts are silk screened by hand.
Ordering
What payment methods do you use?
We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. All credit cards are processed through Authorize.net to ensure optimum security when making your purchase. We also use PayPal.
Why does CK42 show up on my credit card or bank statement?
Your credit card or bank statement may show the merchant for your purchase as CK42 or Awesome Laundry. CK42 is the parent company for the Awesome Laundry website; they are one and the same.
If I order today when can I expect my order to ship?
All orders are subject to a processing time of one business day. All orders received by 3:00PM CST will be shipped the next business day. Typically if you order on Monday thru Thursday before 3:00PM CST, your order will be shipped no later than the next day (unless the next day is a National Holiday). If you order on Friday through Sunday then your order will ship on Monday (unless Monday is a National Holiday).
When will my order ship if I pay for Overnight Shipping?
All orders that include Overnight Shipping are still subject to the one business day processing.
What is your Return Policy?
We only accept returns within 15 days of your order being received. If you receive your order and the shirt is damaged in some way, is the wrong size or you were sent the wrong shirt you simply need to return the shirt with a copy of your order confirmation and we will issue you a refund. Any returned shirts MUST BE in an UNWASHED and UNWORN condition. Email returns@awesomelaundry.com with your name and original order number to initiate the return process.
Do you accept exchanges?
We only accept returns as outlined in the question above.

Do you ship to military (APO/FPO) addresses?
We definitely do ship to APO and FPO addresses.
Do you provide tracking information for all shipments?
Tracking numbers are provided for all shipments using FedEx (regardless of FedEx service chosen) and USPS Priority Mail.

Shirt Care
Are there special care instructions for your shirts?
Our shirts are made with 100% pre-shrunk combed cotton. They will shrink a bit after the first wash; keep this in mind when placing your order.
The shirts should be washed in warm water with like colors and dried on low. The shirts do not tend to fade but it is always best to wash colors separately, this is less of a concern after the first wash.
If you want to iron the shirt we recommend you iron it inside out with the setting on cotton and using steam. NEVER iron over the actual design on the front of the shirt, this can damage not only your shirt but could get ink on your irons surface as well.
Bulk or Wholesale Orders
Do you accept bulk orders?
We do offer special pricing on bulk orders. Please email bulk@awesomelaundry.com with any questions concerning large orders.
Do you wholesale your shirts?
At this time we do not accept wholesale orders.
Shirt Idea Submission
Do you accept ideas for shirt designs?
We have more ideas than we know what to do with at the moment so we are not currently accepting design ideas.
Privacy Policy
We are in the business of designing and selling Awesome tee shirts, not information! Your information will never be sold and will only be used to get your Awesome Laundry shirt to you as quickly as possible.
You can create your own account to make your future purchases more efficient. You can also opt-in to email to stay up to date on our newest designs, latest promotions, and discount offers. Unfortunately if you are under 13 years of age we cannot accept any personal information from you and therefore you cannot create an account or opt-in to email notifications.
If you choose to opt-in to our newsletter you may also occasionally receive an email informing you about service changes, surveys, contests, or any administrative information that may affect your account.
There will always be an opt-out option at the bottom of our emails. Please note it may take 1 - 2 days to fully remove your email address from our distribution list if you select to opt-out.
Security
No credit card information is stored on our systems and we only keep your contact details if you have previously created an account for your own convenience.
Our website is encrypted with 128-bit security which provides you with an extremely safe shopping environment. In addition we also use Authorize.net to process your orders. Authorize.net is one of the most trusted credit card processors on the planet.
